You cant add mines with A/S.....Berman issued the 504 to do that, that is the only way he can sell shares into the market to buy assets or make money. The A/S is currently 2billion, that doesnt mean the 2 billion is publicly traded it very could all be treasury stock for what we know. We dont know the share structure fully right now other than the total numbers.
