It wasn't a contradiction, I stated in reality I didn't know if he did or not but in opinion and considering the past I'd be inclined to think that he did but that's just a personal opinion without proof.
Why would he do such thing ??? There'd be several reasons in reality but if it did happen I'd have the opinion that it would be to keep the ruskies playing along with a bogus deal that was (again alleged ONLY in the lawsuit) never meant to be real but only to "pad some pockets" and "make investors happy".
