Guys had a very interesting talk with Chief Executive Officer and sole Director, Thomas J. Gillespie from AQUA VIE BEVERAGE CORPORATION, apparently they are in talks with a far eastern company ( wouldn't go into names)about a reverse merger. He said news will be out very shortly. He confirmed their o/s is just short of 15 mil.
