I made a post either last week on TORVF about the price spreads with USD/CAD and the two exchanges

Scooping up VCT can be to ones benefit,

I own both tickers and sometime the profit/loss difference be between 5-15%

Being a Canadian I'm thinking of overweighting on the VCT ticker as my gains can be Tax Deferred (RRSP) or Tax Free (TFSA) with $VCT but not with $TORVF which I hold in a Cash Account

I love it when my OTC picks are also listed on Canadian Exchanges almost as much as I love being in a Reverse Merger play

Yes. I've talked to Bill Pfaffenberger, CEO of $TORVF / $VCT. Talked to him yesterday actually. Of course he didn't say anything that isn't already public. He mentioned that they are currently testing their battery tech and once it's done they will announce the results.

I think people should realize that the company has the top guy in the world ( Dr. Chen, PhD) who has developed their Li Batt Tech, and the Huge Value of this tech. They are going to bring the next generation of batteries to the market.

And it will literally blow the competition away.

I'm talking unbelievable value here.........Down the road, this will be a $100+/share company, is what I think.......

Yeah I know of it, I also have another source for up to date filings. Again, the problem you run into with any company updating filings (formerly a catalyst) or potential reverse mergers is that you are no longer able to act on them, with the majority being in the expert market. you are preaching to the choir but when I look at the volume on many of these stocks NOHO for example its already at 130,000,000 million shares traded at .0008 RM are dead for the most part I agree because of the added cost of them having to be current before people can trade them... and as you said I already have shares because of the spin off... so I can just wait. The OTC plays are now on the OTCQB... just look for news of a solid nature and buy and flip them is what I do when trading the OTC now. Good Luck

The small amount of shares that you get and the time it takes for bid to fill are hardly worth the effort. I have still been watching the OTC, and I stll have a few dozen stocks I was in before the SEC regulations took place, but I am not buying anything new in the OTC. They killed this market and it will not get better unless everyone decides to boycott the OTC until the SEC reverses their market killing regulations. I don't see that happening, however....I think people will continue to play out of habit/gambling and they will only be making the "experts" rich. Truth is....every OTC trader should be mad about what has happened here, but many seem oblivious.

Agree... but it you sit on the BID you can get some shares... all of the trades since it became "tradeable" have been at the bid. .0101 there is been very little volume granted but there are a lot of holders from when it was spun off in 2018 who would like to dump their stock I bet.

It's good if you already had the stock in your account, but my God....look at that spread between bid and ask. An ask of .49 for a shell. This seems to be the repeating theme amongst these shell/possible reverse merger plays that make it to our retail market. The "sophisticated investors" are loading on the expert market at prices that used to be available to us (it's how we made 1,000% gains in the past) and then once those plays make it to our retail market they are priced sky high. This is how they quite literally stole the OTC reverse merger market away from us. I would not touch any of these stocks now. The only ones that would be making money are the "experts".

Something is brewing with NBLD, Nest Builders. In 2018 Real Biz Inc, spun off Nest Builders and since then the stock has sat in my E*Trade account listed only by a number. On Nov 16 it showed up as a symbol for the first time. NBLD. On Nov 22 an 8-K was filed stating the company was granted permission to have a broker quote the stock on the OTC.

They are listed as a shell... they are a clean shell and have maintained all of the needed filings to be listed as Pink Sheet Current.... at some point in time a new owner of this shell will step forward... I have been waiting for 3 years and can wait for a while longer.
