Scooping up VCT can be to ones benefit,

I own both tickers and sometime the profit/loss difference be between 5-15%

Being a Canadian I'm thinking of overweighting on the VCT ticker as my gains can be Tax Deferred (RRSP) or Tax Free (TFSA) with $VCT but not with $TORVF which I hold in a Cash Account

I love it when my OTC picks are also listed on Canadian Exchanges almost as much as I love being in a Reverse Merger play

Yes. I've talked to Bill Pfaffenberger, CEO of $TORVF / $VCT. Talked to him yesterday actually. Of course he didn't say anything that isn't already public. He mentioned that they are currently testing their battery tech and once it's done they will announce the results.

I think people should realize that the company has the top guy in the world ( Dr. Chen, PhD) who has developed their Li Batt Tech, and the Huge Value of this tech. They are going to bring the next generation of batteries to the market.

And it will literally blow the competition away.

I'm talking unbelievable value here.........Down the road, this will be a $100+/share company, is what I think.......

Yeah I know of it, I also have another source for up to date filings. Again, the problem you run into with any company updating filings (formerly a catalyst) or potential reverse mergers is that you are no longer able to act on them, with the majority being in the expert market. you are preaching to the choir but when I look at the volume on many of these stocks NOHO for example its already at 130,000,000 million shares traded at .0008 RM are dead for the most part I agree because of the added cost of them having to be current before people can trade them... and as you said I already have shares because of the spin off... so I can just wait. The OTC plays are now on the OTCQB... just look for news of a solid nature and buy and flip them is what I do when trading the OTC now. Good Luck
