I have some ideas as to why Phanuel might want to keep a low profile, but these are just speculations right now.

I'm doing more research, and I'll post what I learn.

Trials in India are more than a little controversial at this time. There've been some abuses by foreign companies who violated the rights of their test subjects. It's a sore subject in the Indian legislature.

I mentioned Indian drug trials to a researcher I spoke with recently and she gave me the low down. Things are changing there. They have world class scientists. They're reforming the laws. But some people still look warily at companies that do trials there.

It would make sense work quietly and without publicity.

but since David Lane made it clear that the answers wouldn't be forthcoming from him and that CYGX investors should request information from CYGX, why don't you start by calling Juan Ferreira, the company's IR contact? His number is 407- 774-9949. If he can't answer the questions to your satisfaction, call the company. And if you're STILL not satisfied, you can then decide whether to hold or sell.

IMHO, complaining here about the lack of information isn't going to accomplish anything, and trying to contact Phanuel Pursuits directly is probably going to be fruitless.
