Just for the interest value, I went to the Dell web site, picked China for the country I was interested in and was transferred to the online order site for the PRC. I entered a dummy order until I reached the payment options which were as shown below. Apparently the low use of credit cards is presenting no problem for Dell in China and they are manageing quite well. Exactly my point with I-Man on limited credit card exposure in China as a basis for the tweak in Dell's cast in stone biz model. I think they have a "whatever it takes" philosophy more than a "my way or no way" system. In the big picture it wouldn't really be that big of a deal for HRCT one way or the other, as we will be carrying every other brand I'm sure. Thanks for the facts to back up my hunch/fantasy sir.
