trebor, investors should care about lawsuit
if a company can defraud once, they can defraud twice. How can you believe anything the company says when they were clearly wrong in the past? Any new investor should run away from a company with a class action lawsuit for fraud. You'd have to be real dumb to invest in a company with such a suit.
Of course you don't like the suit because you still have shares here. What about the people who were defrauded, sold their shares and lost money? Don't you care about them at all? Don't they have the right to try and get back some of the money mcbride and sevu swindled from them? I think they do.
