Yes I believe that SEVU has done some things wrong, as we all have, but I do not believe that every little lawsuit is positive proof of something wrong. I can lie and allege anything I want and an attorney can evaluate my claim and see gold in them thar hills. Does not have to be factual. This is sorta like thinking that if I share an email with friends at work that I am not committed or worse, run the place.

Now I am an optimist and for stooping down into previously trampled territory I apologize. I will post again here shortly with some facts to repent!
