I have agreed with you that investors should be careful and care, obviously. What I do not agree with is that lawsuits or numbers of them are indicative of bad goings on in each instance. If that were the case then I would be a very BAD person when I was sued for 11mil many years back. I was cleared and that suit never should have been brought, but I work for the government and we have deep pockets, hence are a good target for settling claims.
