semblance of viability. You are
too busy bashing, because it's
the easiest thing to do. Doing
DD would tax your brain too much.
An r/s done under "positive"
circumstances is "not" a bad
thing. You and a few others don't
comprehend that under positive
circumstances, an r/s is not a
bad thing. A reverse merger may
require an r/s. Any positive event
that attracts investors, in conjuction
with an r/s, is not a bad thing.
A 2nd r/s that takes GZ to another
Exchange, is not a bad thing.
The jury is still out, and GZ still
needs to prove it can create a business
that has significant value. If it can,
then the o/s is no big deal.
