In the avenue of revenues coming in.....where? Where is the revenue being generated from the movie download arena?? Did you see any report of revenue generated from all those movies that are overpriced and generally speaking are definitely not anywhere in the arena of high demand viewing materials?

Exactly how will GZFX show revenues from LITV....where is the agreement between LITV and GZFX that discusses revenue sharing?

How about all the properties that GZFX is renting from JF's wife...will those ever become GZFX property and be considered assets of the company?

So what about GNF entertainment? Did you see any revenues listed for this venture? are these satellite stations even owned by GZFX?

The only thing I see coming down the road is much much more dilution so that JF can build his business on the backs of the shareholders and show them nothing in return for their dollars!

As to JF always speaking the truth.....so when did we break even again? wasn't it 15K in subs and end of year????

How about now??? When do we break even? and when will the dilution stop????? JF has no plans to stop the dilution, he is very happy with the arrangement he has with GGI and has stated so openly and he will sell every last registered share if need be to build his business...he has absolutely nothing to lose by doing so and everything to gain.....the shareholders however have everything to lose.

and even though he can state emphatically that there is no RS planned.....one will take place....either that or the company will go belly up and JF's wife and he will own everything of substance free and clear from shareholder attachments....
