Agent I agree with you except for the fact that this is a subpenny stock that is not being taken seriously because of dilution. It is done at this level all the time. These R/S also take place in the major exchanges as well but are done to prevent delisting. Those stock often fall by the wayside anyway. Since it has already been stated that dilution is necessary, this stock would drop like a rock if a R/S occurs
Well, I fully understand that when a CEO states clearly for the record....we will be at breakeven by end of year with 15K in subs that when it doesn't happen the CEO has basically lied too or at best misled the shareholders....
I also fully understand how and when an RS is done under positive circumstances.....just haven't seen any companies perform an RS under positive conditions when they have close to 7 Billion shares OS and nearly that in the float and they have "death spiral financing" in place with billions more shares to sell directly into the float and with an AS set at 25 Billion!
If you are so positive about this company then tell JF/FBONE to let the shareholders know exactly how he expects to bring the AS/OS and Float down to a level that is acceptable and add shareholder value in the form of an ROI.....does he even have a plan???? Doubtful...very doubtful....
As to the OS being no big deal....close to 7 Billion heading to a minimum of 9-10 and quite possibly much much higher in the face of the current pps and the agreement with GGI.....yeah right no big deal.....in whose view? No investor in this stock would ever say that the level of dilution that GZFX has undergone and the increased OS is no big deal....get real!
