#70407 RE: Wildfalls #70405

You left out the part about a complete design change, change in materials used, special manufacturer of those materials, etc., not to mention change of staff (engineers). Tiny Sanswire accomplished more in a shorter time frame than mighty Lockheed. BTW, it's a rigid high altitude airship, not a blimp.

wildfalls, You said: "The fact the Co. floated a blimp 2 yrs. after Huff had people go to Cal. for a "test flight" that never happened, might also be considered a bit reckless?"

I went to SanBernardino. I was disappointed, but it did fly a couple of weeks later. I guess it was determined that the new shape wasn't going to work or it was going to cost too much to use as a prototype. Two years later they are flying a completely different ship with a tried & true design. A more practical approach.

the jury will probably think the same thing the judge thought in her decision yesterday.

(3) the pleading is internally inconsistent
and non-sensical in that it labels the JV Agreement as non-binding and a sham, and yet describes
actions by the parties evincing the existence of a binding agreement;
