What do you think a jury is going to interpret "binding agreement" as ? I would think reckless is mild. It is more like deceptive or dishonest . The fact the Co. floated a blimp 2 yrs. after Huff had people go to Cal. for a "test flight" that never happened, might also be considered a bit reckless ? It is my opinion that nothing can save Huff, nor should he be saved ! He owns too much stock and has placed many of the execs for him to be fired but a big fat fine and public flogging would satisfy me!!
