tradefor Your post isn't even credible. The company does exist today and if they filed for bk they would still exist.
Yes the outside directors resigned, the audit committee dissolved. I believe it was because they had completed their task you believe it was some terrible but unstated reason. The internal audit can not be declared over til the SEC says it's over. That does not mean that the CPAs haven't looked into everything they thought necessary and reported on it. If the SEC has questions while digesting the audit they will be answered, probably requiring more digging...ergo the audit isn't over.
The proof I offer is the company is still making progress on two fronts. I know this upsets you as the fear is getting harder to spread. But there you have it.
