Nerd, this is what I see in the pr to support trade's opinion on the resignations being not so good.

"...While Mr. DeCarlo will no longer be acting as our CFO we look forward to his continuing assistance on other matters.''

Exactly what other matters ???? Had the matters been good it would have been disclosed to the investors.

I'm telling you Nerd that this company is fixing to split in half and be absorbed by two other entities.
