You would think they would just admit it rather than bullsh*tting me. I did ask explicitly (twice) if they were gagged, the buggers! I guess they just do not give the info to the csrs so they can say "I don't have the info" as opposed to "I can't tell you" Probably a waste of time but i am going to complain to the head office and question their honesty and integrity.
