cmi3, The key point is the OS increase... and the fact that the float is the same as the OS now.

800mm is the AS, not OS, right? I don't feel like looking it up right now. But the point is, the OS went up from 500mm shares to X shares? 600mm? 700mm?? Whatever it was, it was at least 109mm shares, right? I'm sure someone has the current number off the top of their head.

The company SAID in more than one press release that they would not increase the OS beyond 500mm. I'll post it if you'd like. Steve Sulja said it, and Petar reiterated it when he "took over". And all shares beyond 500mm OS were SOLD. That, to me, qualifies as a pump and dump.

Next, go look at ALL the PRs during which time the nominees were selling countless millions of shares. How many of those PRs came to fruition? That is a pump and dump, man! How can you not see that? They did it textbook style, if you ask me.
