It is my understanding that the current A/S is 725,000,000 since the company "retired" 75 mil shares. And I believe the A/S is around 609,000,000.

Please, somebody correct me if I'm wrong.

I am not questioning the increase of OS from 690MM to 800MM, and now reduce to 725MM.

I agree that they increased it 110MM. They say it was for capital expeditures. I will let them prove that. A 14% capital expenditure is peanuts in the business world.

As far as the Press releases coming to fruition, time will tell how many are actually true, once this investigation ends.

I do not read the last PR as you, saying everything prior to this is a lie and false.

I see it as a caution to all new investors not to take anything as factual, until all the facts are laid out.

That is what I am waiting for.

If you are correct....this was a crappy pump and dump.

They could have walked this to the dollars before dumping with all the attention and following they had.

I see how you see it, we are just drinking different flavors of Koolaid.
