I do not recall the promise not to increase the O/S, and it is no longer in the IBOX since it was raped and pilidged, but I believe you.

As far as the O/S... It was 800MM after the 110MM increase.

That is only a 14% increase. If they did increase this and sell them for "company capital expenditures". That is not unheard of.
Where you came up with a 40% increase I don't know.

The float did turn out the same as the O/S...yes...but I did not see anywhere when they came off restriction, and if they could not sell them if they did. I think they may be required to file a 144 form....but maybe not with a pinkie. Don't know.

Did not count all the shares sold, sorry.

I am not saying that your views are wrong, but until further evidence comes forth, I just don't know.

Follow this thought.

If all the restricted shares are now O/S....who's to say that all those trades are not legitimate restricted shares that became unrestricted.

They were boasting a lot more than the 110MM that were increased and sold.

There is a lot more than any of us know or think we know here, IMO.
