I agree with you fundamentally with one major exception. As long as LB is in any way connected to PWTC, the company will go nowhere.

TD. It seems LB and AS were not clean in this "shell company" people call a scam.

What if the court move is a plot to make believe the battery pattent has some value so they extend the PWTC stock's life for more so more people get sucked into the hole again? Having some expenses in court will be minimal in what posibility they might have later scamming people with millions of PWTC shares. Just some thought. IMO.
