By law, like THC, you won’t find CBD in U.S. spirits bottlings currently, although federal guidelines are currently under revision/review. Plenty of bars are now adding CBD oil to cocktails, despite a crackdown by regulators in some areas where it’s still illegal to use in food and drink....................

Plus early this year Charlestowne put out a PR about the company buying a distillery in South America plus pumping what they expect will happen positively in the future (pump).....so early this year the price shot up to 9.00 for a day or two and quickly came back down to where we are now.....all has been quiet since then ...except for some recent filings.....

This is what has been filed so far........2021 Annual report and first quarter 2022 ...including lawyer letter.......but still Caveat Emptor.................may be something wrong with filings that need to be fixed........2nd quarter is not actually due yet

Well This stock is still Caveat Emptor until OTC clears it....hard to buy a stock stuck with Caveat Emptor......it should change in the next few days.....then all hell will break loose.....just last year this stock hit $9.00 .....now at 7 cents .....

This stock is Caveat Emptor come the end of September it will be dead in the water............I'm sure the company made their money when this hit 9.00 a while back....sure they dumped a bus load of shares and walked away to the bank.............

I used to be in this shell. I sold it all. I don't see any filings or news or any chatter out there. I wonder what it's all about. And you are righit. The float is very small.

AVNI has an even smaller float than this. I'm waiting for the same. That's an empty shell with only 4M shares total and a float of about 800,000 shares. Miniscule!

Now, I don't know if it's safe to jump in here. This could go to $10. Or $20. Or fall back down. I just don't know. I'm staying sidelined. They could reverse a foward split, which I always wanted on the record here. I just got tired of waiting that Marty guy to do something.
