Well, the way I see it, the technology must have some validation if there is a battle over the ownership. Certainly both LB and AS realize that it costs money to battle these things in court. And why would anyone go to all that expense and headache over a defunct idea? I think it's silly to suggest that the battery is a sham. When all indicators say that it's a viable product.

I still believe that the management of this project is the failing link. The fact that the custody of this battery will be determined by a court of law alone tells me that the management is poor.

If this battery ends up in the hands of Alvin Snaper, then i'm betting that this ship sinks with all of us on board. Should it end up in the hands of Lee Balak, we may ultimately find the light at the end of the tunnel. With a tentative court date of May 24th, i'm of the opinion that we may be in limbo for another year or more. With that in mind, I don't see any sense in bashing each other or anyone else until the pages of time reveal the rest of the story.

Though I wouldn't mind a dig at Hasher myself, lol. I shall refrain.
