Dilution is selling shares to raise funds. Funds are what pays the bills in developmental companies until there is a revenue stream.

Selling shares is to be expected in a developmental biotech.

So yeah, NWBO is selling shares. It's what they have to do to stay alive while MHRA figures out what it is going to do with the MAA.

If you believe some of the posters here, NWBO can't partner because no company wants to partner. Or Linda is not willing to partner at this point because the deal is not worth the cost pre approval. Any partnership or licensing agreement will be much better for the company post approval.

I doubt that anyone anticipated that MHRA would take this long to make a decision on the MAA. So the company has to deal with the reality as it presents itself.

Just about filled the gap below 20 cents. I think traders have been looking at this for some time.
I can’t wait for the next financial filing when we get the what but not the why. It will go something like this…., “The company has purchased a chicken farm on the town bordering Sawston.” And this board will be guessing that we are going into the flu vaccine business, selling eggs or opening a poultry slaughter house.

That’s like being on the Titanic after it hit the iceberg and being told everyone is getting upgraded to first class.

Except we are class 4 citizens locked in the lower decks!
