That’s like being on the Titanic after it hit the iceberg and being told everyone is getting upgraded to first class.

Maybe there is a reason for the dilution, but “I trust management, so I’m not concerned” is not analysis. Dilution is still dilution, especially when there is still no approval and no commercial revenue.
