I should have sold after the 2024 ASM when Missling told us to our face, in detail, about the new Rett trial design that would be announced in 3 days' time in Denver at an academic conference - and then Rett was never mentioned again. That mistake cost me over $1m. I have made 2 mistakes over the last 15 years in biopharmaceuticals investing: Biovie (small skeptical investment) and Anavex (large committed investment) and both companies were extremely untruthful. I am usually very cynical but in this case the data was outstanding - still, the fact that the company did not pursue more clinical trials indicates that they did not believe their own public statements. Lesson learned (I hope.)
