I did not see an 8k on Dr. Wolfgang Liedke being fired that Dr. Jan reported hearing about nor any comment from anyone on this message board. He stated he "heard about it"....no confirmation that I've seen yet.
I assume that you still follow this crap shoot company, but I guess you gave up on your quote: "Be An Investor"...as I remember you commenting that Missling needed to be dumped and that you sold all shares.
I sold out in December to offset my losses with a gain; bought back in at around $4.40, but with a much smaller position....🤕
There are several things I am willing to wait for:
A) an 8k on Terrie Kellmeyer supposedly 500,000 option grants after her hiring which would mature in 10 years @$3.50 or so....am I mistaken?
B) New BOD and 8k's indicating who has been fired and replaced.
C) an 8k readout on Missling's firing reasons....
D) 10Q to be released on May 26th might be interesting
