I posted here a couple of years ago my guess $20M max. I do find it an unbelievable coincidence they refuse to comment on MHRA status while this spoofing lawsuit drags on. Almost like maybe she’s using the “legitimacy of submitting an MAA” angle for a better settlement? And I do wonder if the judge ever questioned LP’s Advent setup, Going concern issues, and whether the CDMO came back to NWBO because of perception? The entire thing is bizarre.

If your estimates are correct, and the total settlement is ~$7M (about $1M for each MM), don't you think all the MM's would be willing to pay the settlement and move on? What's your theory for that not already happening?
