I posted here a couple of years ago my guess $20M max. I do find it an unbelievable coincidence they refuse to comment on MHRA status while this spoofing lawsuit drags on. Almost like maybe she’s using the “legitimacy of submitting an MAA” angle for a better settlement? And I do wonder if the judge ever questioned LP’s Advent setup, Going concern issues, and whether the CDMO came back to NWBO because of perception? The entire thing is bizarre.
