I doubt anything major happened in between April 30th and May 15th

Perhaps, we received another RFI and the consultants who are required to answer are on a 2 week vacation and wont be able to answer until mid-July…

At this point, all speculated options are valid because LP refuses to provide an update. The speculations could end with a short but concise explanation, but again that is not in the works, probably because it will highlight the numerous miscues above and beyond what we already know…
