Not just the shorts, dilution is a huge factor too. And it can’t be prevented as it keeps the company alive, however bitter, it will need to be done. While on one had they short it, they keep buying covering those shorts at lower and lower prices. Like everyone here knows, this dilution death-trap is due to being on OTC. Regulations of being on the big board would prevent this kind of dilution and the management can’t afford that.
