There will never be a dearth of shares. Endless dilution in pennies will continue. LP’s financiers will have an extended party.
Please explain to me why being on the NAZ would prevent the shorts from doing what they are currently doing.
If there really is a naked short position being on the NAZ wouldn't stop that. The regular short selling is just as legal on the NAZ as it is on the OTC. I see the shorts working hard on AVXL and that is on the NAZ, so that doesn't seem to offer much protection.
The only regulation I am aware of that being on the NAZ that would prohibit the dilution is the resulting low share price and that is what got NWBO to leave the NAZ in the first place.
So please explain to me what would be different if NWBO was on the NAZ compared to the current situation.
