You are entitled to your own opinion but the facts are the facts. Papaleo was never an officer or Director. Coogan has not issued one free trading share. So if anyone converted they must have converted under the mess left by RUBIN. So for whatever reason you hate Papaleo, that is your business, but please get the facts correct
