Its hard to say what the plan is here or if its still even operating. Leadership change looks like it failed, Nevada is revoked due to being behind in annual. Alternate reporting annual thru OTCM shows nothing about new management or anything exciting. March quarterly says EARI still has subsidiaries, 8 of them. It lists no inventory, no assets, no receivables and no property/equipment as of March 2025. No shell badge or even shell warning yet. Think they are still looking for something to roll into here and most likely wash out old with new.

The last news item I read was about a leadership change back in December of 2024.From what I understand Bernard Rubin is back in charge. Trying to get any information from the EARI beverage group by writing to the Cornelius, NC address was useless as not deliverable, unable to forward.I don't think , after all these years, it's unreasonable to ask the question, " What's going on?"

A lot of change coming to the US, these otc tickers could see some major action in the near future, even the expert market ones. If a real Infrastructure push is coming back here, what better way to tap into all that government money by having some tickers bring in real assets that are inline with the new push? Factories, mining, largescale farming projects, list goes on and on. Ill judge the facts when they come, thats the fun part.

I believe past deal with Morrissey is dead. Verified profile @ OTCM this month shows no mention of Morrissey at all. Late filing was signed be old CEO and still nothing @ Nevada or OTCM showing change of officers etc. Lets get a different deal setup and create some attention my dudes.

Does anyone know what is happening with EARI? Don't see any filings or news regarding change of CEO/President. Last financials in Sep 24 state Rubin is still in control.
Appears there are 6 billion shares in circulation which means the staggering dilution of shares has devalued the share price to nothing.

There is court ordered debt from last year that is not on public filings but in PACER. They have a writ of execution out in January this year to pay near $140k to a guy who won a lawsuit against $EARI last year. New CEO most likely is looking for money to finance that writ, then needs to look @ the debt with Mast Hill who is notorious for killing companies and taking them to court if needed. Gonna be a tough road to climb but this ticker is clean with FINRA, only 1 RS on file and it was small so still have legacy holders here I bet. Could be a major lotto.

Proof would be state filings showing change of owner, or that quarters filings showing the change of control. OTCM also requires supplemental forms that need to be filed when a change of control has been undergone. None of these have happened. State filings are also near being revoked @ the end of this month for them being 2 years behind. I am a sucker 4 these type of plays though, just underdog to the max.
