I agree current assets do not predict the settlement amount. That was never my point. My point is that current assets are relevant to materiality and disclosure, which you also seem to agree with. And if no meaningful disclosure appears, that does not prove the settlement was small, but it does lean against the idea that this was some huge secret payday. A large settlement relative to NWBO’s balance sheet would be difficult to keep invisible under normal disclosure rules.
