Ok I thought you were smarter. Cash assets are not predictive of a settlement amount. That was the implication of your post. Of course cash assets are relevant to whether a a settlement is material and therefore must be disclosed. Remember that’s where this started. I would have thought you’d remember. Truly I was only clarifying a couple of things you posted sorry for that.
