Listen carefully to the call again. I recall speculation that Cavanaugh was interested in review. He makes a comment alluding to being interested in review. Barrett makes the comment that Alito was asking why 4 colleagues decided to take the case and seemed she concurred. Seems to me Alito, Barrett, Thomas, and Cavanaugh aren't inclined to find for Hikma (presume Roberts and Gorsuch are not either). It appears as though the stock moved from -4% to +2.5% on SCOTUS oral arguments alone. Unlikely to have done so if net result of the arguments were to the benefit of Hikma.
