My guess it was an update wave that occurred amongst many companies in mid April related to compliance with April 28 go live guidances. Even though most are related to trial guidelines, they also often relate to commercial and investigational manufacturing.

Thanks Baxers... I agree with your assessment. My mix up was in seeing that the number itself stayed the same (with the exception of the "IMP"), so I mistakenly thought that since the numbers "54923" were the same, the licenses must have been the same.

Which, if I'd just checked my own files, I'd have seen that I had a copy of the "Human Medicinal Products" license updated last February 27, 2025.

So sorry, everyone... my mistake.
