I personally do not think this changes much, we know the licenses were updated recently, the fact that the updates were not yet made public and the timing particularly given the 'out-of-cycle; nature of the updates, this is likely the "pre-requisite" step required to allow the MHRA to sign off on the final Marketing Authorisation.
