You are welcome. For Watkins, Ussery, and McCollar to resign does not mean they have gone anywhere. This makes it easier, faster, and less likely to encounter problems and delays for the audit and the SEC acceptance.
I have been expecting some filings and for Coretec to become SEC-current between now and, hopefully, no later than June or July. This filing shows me that they are and have been working on the audit and preparing to become current with the SEC.
It looks like they took the silent route while delinquent and working on the audit and becoming SEC-compliant.
