Thanks for finding the 8K ..Did you receive an alert of the filing from Coretec ....I did not receive one . All 3 members who left are great business men and will be missed but they came on early with Core Optics when they planned to acquire Kib Plug Energy and build the Giga battery plant . They were all on the board at Zaicell inc in Virginia . I admire the work Michael Ussery has done throughout his business and political life and Birge Watkins as well.
