Re: Proxy. They'll probably send it to all the brokers by the end of this week or weekend. Anyway, there is no rush in voting (since I am voting all "Against" except for #9 & #13) . Besides, I would like to see what happen in the oral arguments scheduled by the SC in the Hickma case for April 29, 2026. That should be interesting..
