You are right that it is not a pressing matter right now, as we still have plenty of time to vote. Not sure though if you were intimating that what might happen in the Orals at the SC would sway you to vote one way or another? As I indicated in a post some time ago, I will be away at the time of the Orals and more than likely will not be able to listen live that day, but will get a chance later to check this board to see a discussion of the orals. I am a little unnerved by the SC case, not because of the law which I think favors Amarin, but just a weird feeling about this court. The had no reason to take this case - even before it has gone to trial and verdict.
