Johnny, In hindsight, I'm sure Mark would agree 100% with you. But, little did he know at the time that that an Iran-USA war would be following down the line. I'm sure Mark is kicking himself everyday that he didn't settle earlier. There has been such a loss of opportunity for the company while it's been stuck in an unfriendly receivership situation.

I agree, the receivership has been all about... the receiver. I really hope that he gets some type of dismissal in May, and maybe some type of punishment or fine for his handling of the entire case. Classic example of corruption and fraud that has been lingering in the Texas courts (fort bend specificially?) for over a decade with his position.
