Finally, I do place some blame on Cyberlux’ s legal strategy, as they should have just settled very early on before the receiver was assigned.
Johnny, In hindsight, I'm sure Mark would agree 100% with you. But, little did he know at the time that that an Iran-USA war would be following down the line. I'm sure Mark is kicking himself everyday that he didn't settle earlier. There has been such a loss of opportunity for the company while it's been stuck in an unfriendly receivership situation.
