Oh boy !! You do add a whole another layer of intrigue ! This is better than Game of Thrones ! And I sincerely am not beng sarcastic ! I was under the impression this was a paid-for by NWBO piece of “research note”. If NWBO has not paid for this, then your take could absolutely be in realm of possibilities. And I congratulate you on connecting the dots. This angle hadn’t occurred to me !!

Even after MHRA approval, 1.6 billion evaluation is pretty high for a company that is not making any money, and wont unless NICE payment approval, which will take another 2-3 years at best (if approved to start with very low chances).

STOP-> They (people on this board) will say: "NICE approval will only take a few months, see this link" (garantee, mark my words)

Keep in mind that these same people said the same thing about approval (only a few weeks) , same thing about data lock, same thing about "validation of approval", same thing about the article, etc...etc...etc... They even said NWBO lawsuit settlement will probably be more then 100 millions (lol cant make that shit up).

Ding, ding, ding, ding. We have a winner! It is exactly who put this out... the cabal. You hit upon two telling points: the $1 SP target (the cabal's mental manipulation price) and their narrative of delayed commercialization (2027). Both points are jokes.
Another telling point is that the cabal soldiers (FUDsters) immediately accused the company of putting out a paid-for pump piece. This is Cabal 101: accuse the other side of doing what you're actually doing yourself. The HF cabal has over a billion naked shorts to cover and they're working hard to get out as cheaply as possible... but it ain't gonna work for them.

Just to make this very clear to the board there is now clear evidence that the true short position is 1.4 Billion shares at a minimum so the stakes are very high for the cabal and all those that have supported the attempted destruction of this company. I am absolutely sure that LP does not support a $1 valuation even though the author of this article states this valuation is based on total dilution. Regardless when NWBO is approved and the cabal are desperate to cover their 1.4 B short shares they will be competing with not only retail but institutional buyers. FTD's will become a major issue hence my take that this article is trying to paint the tape at $1.00 to try and invoke mass sales by current retail. As I have always said, know what you hold and do not be conned into giving away what will become a position that will insure security for your family. This article even dares to suggest that nothing will happen for years so be pleased with the $1 valuation. It is a con and a manipulative article designed to look like it was supported by NWBO but instead is designed to front run any other analysts once approval is gained. This article is also being placed in order to dupe new analysts into believing the articles valuations once approval is gained. This is a hit piece in disguise and should be ignored. Hold onto your shares and let the cabal and the scum that support them burn.

Hyena - legitimate question - what is the evidence for 1.4b short or naked shorts?   Thank you

I'm calling BS on this. Come on people, get with the program, this piece was NOT put out by the shorts. It very clearly says on pages 68 and 69 that this piece was commissioned by NWBO:

The author, First Berlin, or a company associated with First Berlin reached an agreement with the Northwest Biotherapeutics Inc. for preparation of a financial analysis for which remuneration is owed.

And I am absolutely fine with that information. This sort of issuer-sponsored research is quite a common occurrence for micro/ small-cap OTC traded stocks as it helps bridge the coverage gap. Unfortunately on the OTC we live in coverage void and this paid-for-piece helps explain the science and the runway in financial speak. NWBO's technology and the DCVax-L trial are undeniably complex and this clearly helps explain the company and the science in a perspective Wall St can understand more easily. As a number of people have pointed out, this document in itself is a quality short term prospectus for the company and for investors potentially looking to invest at this juncture.

There are of course a good number of likely upcoming post-MA catalysts that simply can't be taken into account to their financial model or price target. So while $1 is certainly seems disappointing for many to see, it is a short term stepping stone until post-MA news hits. Stop pushing utter nonsense, it is as bad as the FUDsters!

beachhyena,

What is interesting is that this analysis is paid for by NWBO but the price expectation is tamped down by an absolute worst case scenario where big pharma, market makers and hedge funds control the price so that big pharma has a chance to offer a lowball price to investors. The problem arises for them with the 85% control they need to overcome board of director control and longs that support Linda’s vision won’t cave into that. This is not discussed at all. On the other hand there is less chance for negative feedback against these analysts for exaggeration of the expectations for price target being achievable. A 300%+ gain still looks pretty good and that is more important to gain interest from new investors vs appeasing existing investors; ). Best wishes.
