Yes, I would expect patent approval in the next 6 months. But I'm not sure that will trigger anything from the company. Although, I assume if they begin the FDA approval process, that becomes material information that must be disclosed.
rmb, the patents are normally approved between the 3rd and 4th year. The LR-etEPA patent was applied for in the US and EU in January of 2023, therefore hopefully we can hear something positive soon.
