What an idiot. Service of Process is typically by personal delivery, not by certified mail. A plaintiff hires a process server, provides him with the paperwork, and the process server delivers and follows up with mail for substituted service of the company.
Why serve the US attorney's office? It is a reach at best. What purpose does serving the US attorney's office?
You keep talking like you knwo it all, and you ego is overdone.
