AABB lawsuit update...

From the March 17 docket:

AABB failed to properly serve key parties.

– U.S. Attorney’s Office ? NOT served
– U.S. Attorney General ? NOT served
– No return receipt
– No due diligence declaration

They only managed to serve G1 Execution Services.

This is basic litigation procedure… and they botched it.

Then March 19 gets even better.

The judge DENIES the parties’ request to extend deadlines.

Instead, the court steps in and sets its own:

? Defendants (Virtu, GTS) must respond by April 24, 2026

Translation:
– AABB fumbles service
– Court ignores their stipulation
– Judge resets the timeline anyway

This signals sloppy execution and the court keeping things on track despite it.
