Of course Mayer wants Kelly to release a PR without payment..why wouldn’t he? It’s all upside for him. Once Kelly releases a PR wants the incentive for Mayer to pay up? THERE IS NONE.
The PR has got to have some teeth…and that means money in the bank and or ongoing guaranteed income like a government contract. Otherwise the pps goes nowhere..just like what happened with Synergy.
Kelly knows this..it’s commmon sense.
